Der Fersenschützer (links) für die Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S ersetzt das originale Alu-Bauteil. Dieser Fersenschützer wird in matter Ausführung ausgeliefert und paßt damit hervorragend zu den, von Ducati Performance angebotenen, ebenfalls matten Carbonteilen.
Im Vordergrund stehen Gewichtsersparnis (in der Regel Einsparung von ca. 70% im Vergleich zum originalen Bauteil) und höhere Steifigkeit. Das Carbonteil wurde nach den neuesten Richtlinien im Autoklaven komplett aus Prepreg (siehe FAQ) Material gefertigt und im nächsten Schritt, wie bei uns üblich, zum Schutz gegen Umwelteinflüße mit einer klaren Kunststoffbeschichtung überzogen.
Diese Kunststoffbeschichtung übertrifft den sonst üblichen Klarlacküberzug in der Schutzwirkung, Kratzfestigkeit und Beständigkeit enorm. Aber nicht nur technisch kann die Beschichtung punkten, sondern sie unterstreicht auch die dreidimensionale Wirkung der Carbonstruktur nochmals deutlich.

Damit nicht nur das Fahren, sondern auch das Schrauben ein Vergnügen bereitet, verwenden wir bei diesem Teil ausschließlich die originalen Befestigungspunkte.

The heel guard (left) for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S replaces the original aluminum component. This heel guard is supplied in a matt finish and is therefore an excellent match for the matt carbon parts also offered by Ducati Performance.
The focus is on weight saving (usually a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines and then, as is our custom, coated with a clear plastic coating to protect it from environmental influences.
This plastic coating is far superior to the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protection, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.

So that not only driving but also screwing is a pleasure, we only use the original fastening points for this part.
