Passend für die Panigale und Streetfighter Modelle V4/V4S mit Euro IV bis Baujahr 2021

Der 2-teilige Auspuffhitzeschutz für die Ducati Panigale V4/V4S ersetzt das originale Bauteil unter Verwendung der originalen Befestigungspunkte. Der Ilmberger Carbon Hitzeschutz ist aus speziellen, hochtemperatur Prepreg Matten hergestellt, die die Hitze besonders gut ableiteten. Das Bauteil wird in glänzender Oberfläche ausgeliefert und steht damit im Kontrast zu den teilweise serienmäßigen bzw. über Ducati Performance angebotenen, matten Carbonteilen.

Dieser Artikel ist nicht kompatibel mit den Euro 5 Modellen.

Im Vordergrund stehen Gewichtsersparnis (in der Regel Einsparung von ca. 70% im Vergleich zum originalen Bauteil) und höhere Steifigkeit. Das Carbonteil wurde nach den neuesten Richtlinien im Autoklaven komplett aus Prepreg (siehe FAQ) Material gefertigt und im nächsten Schritt, wie bei uns üblich, zum Schutz gegen Umwelteinflüße mit einer klaren Kunststoffbeschichtung überzogen.
Diese Kunststoffbeschichtung übertrifft den sonst üblichen Klarlacküberzug in der Schutzwirkung, Kratzfestigkeit und Beständigkeit enorm. Aber nicht nur technisch kann die Beschichtung punkten, sondern sie unterstreicht auch die dreidimensionale Wirkung der Carbonstruktur nochmals deutlich.

The exhaust protection (gloss) for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S is delivered in glossy surface. In this finish, the part is in contrast to the original matt carbon parts, offered by Ducati Performance. The part is made from special, heat resistant carbon prepreg material to avoid any overheating or burning.

This item is not compatible with the Euro 5 models.

This part is a direct replacement for the original component and mounted only on original mounting points. It contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fibre parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance
