Our front fender has been slightly redesigned in the rear area and is also designed to be a little longer to minimize the level of dirt! The weight of our front fender is only around 260 grams! The front fender in carbon for the BMW R 1250 GS replaces the original component using the original attachment points. The main focus is on weight savings (usually a saving of around 70% compared to the original component) and greater rigidity.

FRONT MUDGUARD BMW R 1250 GS
We modified our front mudguard for the BMW R 1250 GS from 2019 on the rear part for a better splash protection, espacilly when is used also our sump guard/undertray the protection for the engine increase a lot. The weight of the part is only about 260g!
This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fiber parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fiber materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fiber from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.
