The chain pulls through the swing arm of the Ducati Multistrada V4 with enormous force. This makes adequate protection against these brutal forces all the more important! Especially in combination with the carbon rear mudguard, it creates the impression of a endless chain channel, which is only broken by the swing arm. A sight that is unparalleled!
In order to achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fiber layers are inserted and aligned into the mold by experts. This means that the carbon part fits perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more stunning the result.
For our carbon we only use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, which is carefully hand-laminated and cured in several stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties. For the same volume, it has three times the specific stiffness of steel and at the same time, due to its particularly low density, only weighs a fraction of its weight. These properties are particularly pronounced in our case due to the high fiber volume content.
In order to optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we are the only carbon manufacturer in the world to use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear varnish, this creates a previously unattainable and unique depth effect, which particularly highlights the high quality of the material.
To ensure that not only driving but also tinkering is a pleasure, we only use the original fastening points for this part.
