The heel guard (left) for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S replaces the original aluminum component. This heel guard is delivered in a matt finish and therefore fits perfectly with the matt carbon parts offered by Ducati Performance.
The main focus is on weight savings (usually around 70% less than the original component) and greater rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines, entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material, and in the next step, as is our usual practice, it was coated with a clear plastic coating to protect it against environmental influences.
This plastic coating surpasses the usual clear varnish coating in terms of protection, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly underlines the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.

To ensure that not only driving but also tinkering is a pleasure, we only use the original fastening points for this part.

The focus is on weight saving (usually a saving of approx. 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines and then, as is our custom, coated with a clear plastic coating to protect it from environmental influences.
This plastic coating is far superior to the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protection, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.

So that not only driving but also screwing is a pleasure, we only use the original fastening points for this part.
