The injection nozzle cover in carbon is screwed onto the existing mounting points on the vehicle. They complement the vehicle and provide additional protection for the vehicle against damage. The parts are assembled using the original mounting points. The carbon part was manufactured in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material and in the next step, as is our usual practice, covered with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating greatly exceeds the usual clear varnish coating in terms of its protective effect, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly underlines the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.

This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fiber parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fiber materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fiber from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.
