Suitable for Ducati Panigale/Streetfighter V4/V4S models up to 2021 (with Euro IV)

The 2-part exhaust heat protection for the Ducati Panigale V4/V4S replaces the original component using the original attachment points. The Ilmberger carbon heat protection is made from special, high-temperature prepreg mats that dissipate heat particularly well. The component is delivered with a matt surface and therefore fits perfectly with the matt carbon parts that are partly standard or offered by Ducati Performance.

This item is not compatible with Euro 5 models.

The main focus is on weight savings (usually around 70% less than the original component) and greater rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured in an autoclave in accordance with the latest guidelines, entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) material, and in the next step, as is our usual practice, it was coated with a clear plastic coating to protect it against environmental influences.
This plastic coating surpasses the usual clear varnish coating in terms of protection, scratch resistance and durability. But the coating not only scores points technically, it also clearly underlines the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.

Fits on Ducati Panigale/Streetfighter V4/V4S till MY 2021 (with Euro IV exhaust)

The exhaust protection (matt) for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4 S is delivered in matt surface. In this finish, the part matches the original matt carbon parts, offered by Ducati Performance, perfectly. The part is made from special, heat resistant carbon prepreg material to avoid any overheating or burning.

This item is not compatible with the Euro 5 models.
This part is a direct replacement for the original component and mounted only on original mounting points. It mainly contributes to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fiber parts, it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fiber materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts, we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance, but also protects the carbon fiber from scratching and has a unique UV resistance
